2021 Classes

Water Fitness Classes at the Margaret Young Natatorium in Farmers Branch

Monday and Wednesday

9:30 am Water Works-All levels

                A water fitness class using the water and equipment 

                resistance.  Exercises can be modified for every fitness 

                level.

6:00 pm Aquafitness 

                A challenging class using the Acquapole tm

                This class targets muscular strength along with 

                aerobic capacity.  

Tuesday and Thursday at The Branch Connection 14055 Dennis Lane Farmers Branch

9 am         Balanced Bodies

                  Increase your strength, coordination, balance and flexibility with Rotha at

                  this class especially designed for the active aging population.

                 

10 am       Mindful Yoga for Everybody  

                 This yoga class will have modifications for safety.  

                  Practice balance, strength, flexibility poses designed

                  for the active aging community.
